Can Web Design Be Funny?

It was just about 6pm and I was ready to shut down the computer and head off to make dinner when I received an email from a magazine editor kindly alerting me to typos on my blog. This was in line with the day I was having so I was hardly surprised. I was ready to write back something witty but, instead chose to thank him and promised to do some diligent proofreading immediately. Thankful for the good excuse, I put off dinner and got down to the business of carefully reading through the articles on my blog. I was about halfway through my 4 article when it dawned on me how dull the business and discussion of website design really is -  SEO, SEM, URL’s – what a bore. Is there no humor in web design?

So I set out to find some and while I did find some funny website sites:  and funny website names,  I must say it was pretty tough finding funny web designs.
